ABOUT

C.J. is a grappler from the North Pole, Alaska. She has worked as a personal trainer and exercise instructor for the past decade. Growing up, she was a competitive gymnast, amateur wrestler, and collegiate soccer player. At the moment, she competes in crossfit, obstacle course racing and even pro-wrestling. C.J. knows her way around the cage and is not afraid to mix-it-up with some of the best. Her stand-up game is impressive as she can throw punches with ease and is just as adept when going to the mat. The total package; C.J. makes her a great fit for the LFC, where having more than a one-sided game is essential for success.
