Storming the Top Ten!

There are some changes to this edition of the top ten LFC fighters; two of the best in the league have dropped out because of inactivity and personal reasons. That in no way means they will not find a spot in the future. Respectfully, we move forward with the active top ten.

1: Andreea Vladoi [0-0]

[/fusion_title]

The LFC’s newest champion seemingly had the belt come to her but that in no way diminishes her accomplishment. Some might say Vladoi won the title through a battle of attrition. Waiting for her shot at the championship, Vladoi watched as fighters ahead of her fell to the wayside from personal commitments Cali Cat [0-0], injury Roxy Michaels [0-0], and disqualification Jolene Hexx [0-0]. The Wushu Warrior, with a win over Shay Mazzato at LFC29, has now earned the top honor in the LFC and will look forward to defending her belt.

2: Allie Parks [0-0]

[/fusion_title]

The Booty Camp champ has decisive victories over two of the strongest women in the LFC, both of whom appear on this list, Jessie Santos [0-0] and former champion Monica Garcia [0-0]. Parks has a subtle persona, never making a grab for attention, but that is because her inner confidence knows no bounds. She is fearless in the cage, and no competitor is “too much” for her to handle.

3: Jessie Santos [0-0]

[/fusion_title]

The big and strong Tejana (Texan) has made herself even more formidable by fighting for other MMA promotions. She is in the gym five days a week, honing her game, taking it to a level that ensures she can handle all who challenge her. Santos obviously has her goals set on the number one LFC slot with title included. Bet against her at your own peril.

4: Jolene Hexx [0-0]

[/fusion_title]

The current European champion is one of the elite fighters of the LFC; a pink team fan favorite known for her willingness to push boundaries. Hexx is a fighter with a target permanently tattooed on her back, the fighter members of the rival black team measure themselves against. The Krav Maga specialist relishes this role.

5: Shelly DaSilva [0-0]

[/fusion_title]

It is obvious that LFC’s most suspended fighter needs drama in the cage to function at her best. Her opponents are often unnerved by her antics, but for DaSilva it is simply the way she goes about her business. Controversy is commonplace in the life of this Californian and fans wouldn’t want it any other way. It is exciting to watch and means she is genuinely giving her all.

6: Monica Garcia [0-0]

[/fusion_title]

Garcia bulldozed her way to the title, but it was short-lived. She has flirted with regaining that championship form and has gotten very close. However, that return to excellence remains just out of reach for her. Garcia is not going to yield to doubt and will fight on until there is nothing left for her to try. Fans can expect a return to her winning ways very soon.

7: Katie Forbes [0-0]

[/fusion_title]

Forbes came into the league with a great deal of experience and an impressive record that catapulted her to main event status at LFC27 [0-0] against a tough veteran in Sheila Cardinal [0-0]. At no time in the match did Katie appear rattled by the bright lights of the LFC nor did “The Bombshell” shy away from the quick connection she made with fans. Her breakout performance has put the other fighters on notice.

8: Shay Mazzato [0-0]

[/fusion_title]

A three match losing streak, including two for the belt, did not deter Mazzato; she stayed composed and resilient. Her self-esteem may have taken a blow, but The Fox rebounded and won the title in a match against the woman who denied her at LFC23 [0-0], Monica Garcia [0-0]. Unfortunately, her reign only lasted a little over 24 hours because the next day match against Andreaa Vladoi [0-0] wiped out her time at the top. A point of pride for Mazzato is the fact she has fought against the best in the LFC.

9: Jenny Valentine [0-0]

[/fusion_title]

Overcoming a winless start to her LFC career, Valentine was able to set the dial in the right spot and is now on a two match winning streak. A powerful competitor who occasionally lets an illegal punch fly, Valentine, in spite of her early losing, has a big fan base that stayed loyal, waiting for her to taste victory. Valentine is hungry for more, and there is no telling how far she can climb on this list. The opposition can no longer take her lightly.

10: Lauren Fogle [0-0]

[/fusion_title]

The Brawler has drifted in and out of the top ten a few times, trying her best to gain some traction, only to lose any momentum she built up. Known for her exciting entrances and fiery temperament in the ring, Fogle has struggled when facing the top cage fighters. Recently, though, she has shown an improved leg game, leading many to believe she is close to finally making the most of her time in the LFC.
