The main event of LFC28 [0-0] saw Shay Mazzato [0-0] capture the vacant LFC title with a decision win over Monica Garcia [0-0]. The fight was a re-match of their LFC23 [0-0] battle where Garcia won the vacant title and is considered one of the best fights in LFC history. So this one had a lot of expectations on it and Mazzato and Garcia lived up to the hype with another excellent fight. Long live the new LFC champion!
